How To Verify
Three steps to confirm a credential

Locate the certificate number
It is printed on the lower-left of the certificate, in the format AITO/YYYY/CODE/NNNNNN.

Enter the student's name
Type the name exactly as printed. The name is required so a certificate number alone cannot be used to browse personal records.

Read the result
A verified result shows the course, grade, issue date, issuing institute and centre code, drawn live from the credential register.

What makes an AITO certificate hard to forge
Unique Certificate Number
Every credential carries a non-repeating registration number tied to the student, programme code and issuing centre.
QR Code Verification
A scannable QR code on the certificate opens the live verification record — no manual data entry required.
Security Printing
Guilloche background, micro-text border, tamper-evident foil emblem and controlled certificate stock.
Marks Memo & Grade
A separate statement of marks grading the candidate Excellent, Very Good or Good on the assessed skill.
Authorised Signatories
Signed by the Controller of Assessments and countersigned under the seal of the issuing council.
Permanent Digital Record
The credential remains retrievable and downloadable from the AITO portal for the lifetime of the record.

Every graded credential uses the same published scale, from A+ (Excellent) down to C (Average), with a 40% minimum in each paper.
